Our scope :

 

This invitation  of Proposal is for a Comprehensive "Build, Own and Operate" (BOO) conceptualized Water Desalination  Plant  with  Reverse Osmosis Technology which will be wholly  funded, installed, commissioned and operated  to produce  Potable Water  for  Community   water   Supply  System  for  the Village  of  Khalouf  in  the Governorate of Wusta.

 

Product water from the plant shall be in strict accordance with and comply with the

Omani Standards for Drinking Water.

 

Without   any  relation  or  reference  to  the  Water  Demand  Projections  enclosed herewith, the proposed Plant shall have a Daily Production Capacity of 400 Cubic Meters  spread  over  24 Hours equally.  A minimum guaranteed  quantity of  300 m3/day  is a must which is the baseline for the agreed performance of the plant.

 

The above said quantity  of Product water shall be sold by the prospective contractor to the client PAEW at the cost offered  as in the Schedule B  and shall be bound by the following exclusive agreements :

 

1. Water Purchase Agreement and

2. Water Connection Agreement

 

Above agreements to be executed and signed by both the parties.
